If you received a message stating that your reservation was canceled and needs to be rescheduled, please follow these steps:
Rescheduling Your Reservation:
- Submit a request to our Customer Service team using the Support button.
- Provide an alternate date and time for your visit, and we will assist in rescheduling your reservation.
If your reservation is still valid and has not yet passed, you can reschedule it yourself by:
- Visiting WhereIsBunny.com
- Clicking the Manage Reservation link in your confirmation email or SMS text message
If Your Reservation Was Canceled and Refunded:
- If you received a message confirming both the cancellation and refund, your refund has been automatically processed on your behalf.
