Customers can only reschedule their reservation 1 time during the season. If your reservation has not been rescheduled yet, please follow the instructions below. If your reservation already shows that it has been rescheduled, please provide us with an alternate Date & Time range and we can see if those times are available to re-schedule for you.
To reschedule your own reservation, you can start by clicking on the link "Manage reservation" in the email you received, or by following the link confirmation you received via SMS.
Or you can create an account when in the reservation platform, to be able to sign back in and manage your reservations.
Once in your reservation, in the list of the upcoming days, to navigate to other available days, at the bottom is an arrow, select that to navigate day by day to the date you would like to change you reservation to.
