To reschedule your own reservation, you can start by clicking on the link "Manage reservation" in the email you received, or by following the link confirmation you received via SMS.
Or you can create an account when in the reservation platform, to be able to sign back in and manage your reservations.
You can reschedule your reservation up to three times this holiday season
Once in your reservation you will select the option to Reschedule
Then select the new Date and Time in the drop downs:
And select the time slot and hit the reschedule button
If you receive an error trying to reschedule your reservation, please provide us an alternate date and time range and we will be more then happy to reschedule that for you (should there be availability)
If you experience issues connecting to our holiday reservation site to make your changes, please enter a support ticket and to include suggested dates/times to reschedule your reservation to and we will assist in making those changes for you.
Please make sure to include
- Reservation confirmation number
- Mall Name for reservation
- Phone # used when creating reservation
