Changing Your Mall Reservation
If you’ve reserved the wrong mall or need to change locations, please follow the steps below, as we are unable to modify reservation locations.
How to Make a Change:
- Book a New Reservation – Create a new reservation for the correct mall location.
- Cancel the Incorrect Reservation – Contact our Customer Service team for assistance in canceling your incorrect reservation.
What to Include in Your Request:
To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please provide the following details:
- Reservation Confirmation Number (for the incorrect reservation)
- Phone Number used for the booking
- Email Address used for the booking
- Incorrect Mall Location
