An invalid email error can be caused by entering an incorrect photo code or another email has claimed the photo code. Only 1 email address can log in and access the Digital Album. Please be sure no other family member had already signed in using a different email.
Please also verify you are using the correct photo code. It is best to use the photo code that is located on your printed Photos
If the error is from trying to access your Christmas 2021 photos, access to my holiday moments expired on January 31 2022. We can try to locate the photos for you. Please submit this request as a Prior Year Request
