An invalid email error can be caused by entering an incorrect photo code or another email has already claimed the photo code. Only 1 email address can log in and access the Digital Album. Please be sure no other family member had already signed in using a different email.
Please also verify you are using the correct photo code. It is best to use the photo code that is located on your printed Photos
If the error is from trying to access your holiday photos from previous holidays, access to my holiday moments expires on a pre-determined date following each holiday season. You can only access your online album during the current holiday season.
