An invalid photo code error can be caused by entering an incorrect photo code, or that the album has not fully uploaded to the system yet. Please allow 48 hours following your visit before accessing the Digital portal.
For best results, use the code that is located on your printed photos.
If the error is from trying to access your holiday photos from previous holidays, access to my holiday moments expires on a pre-determined date following each holiday season. You can only access your online album during the current holiday season.
