If you have purchased package A or B on the set, please allow 48-72 hours from your visit for the Photo album and out POS system to sync up before accessing your digital album. If it has been more then 72 hours from your visit, please make sure you are using the photo code located on your printed photos to access your digital album.
If it has been more then 72 hours, and you are still experiencing an issue, please hit the support form to enter an online ticket for assistance. Please include a copy of your paid receipt from your visit.
