If your purchase included Digital Access to images and you are being prompted to purchase your album again, please allow 48 to 72 hours from your visit for our system to complete processing. This delay may occur due to increased internet traffic, especially during peak holiday periods.
Understanding Digital Access vs. Print-Only Packages:
- If you purchased a print-only package, digital images are not included and must be purchased separately online.
- If your package included Digital Access and you are still unable to download your images after 72 hours, please reach out to our Customer Service Team via the Contact Us tab for assistance.
What to Include in Your Request:
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:
✅ A copy of your paid receipt
✅ The photo code found on the border of your printed photo sheet
Please Note:
- Digital Access is not the same as the Free Gift with Reservation feature in My Photos. My Photos is an online tool that allows you to add your own images onto a variety of holiday backgrounds.
- Packages sold at Primaris REIT locations in Canada include Package A, B, and C, while Package D is a prints-only option.
