Reservations for Christmas 2026 at Natick Mall will open July 25, 2026
Our reservation system displays available time slots in real time. However, if another guest completes their checkout before you, the last available spot for that time slot may be taken, resulting in an error message indicating that the slot is no longer available.
Reservation & Rescheduling Information:
- Time Slots Are Limited: We are unable to increase reservation capacity once a time slot is full. Please look for another available time.
- Rescheduling Limitations: Due to high demand, rescheduling requests may not be possible as this location is nearly at full capacity.
Walk-In Guests Welcome
If reserved time slots do not meet your schedule, walk-in guests are welcome and will be accommodated based on availability.
