Support: Should you experience difficulties accessing our reservation site or making changes, please submit a support ticket. Include your reservation confirmation number, the mall name for your reservation, the phone number used during booking, and your suggested new dates and times. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
To reschedule your reservation, please follow these steps:
- Access Your Reservation:
- Locate the confirmation email or SMS you received after booking.
- Click on the "Manage Reservation" link provided.
- Reschedule Your Reservation:
- Once in the reservation portal, select the option to reschedule.
- Choose your preferred new date and time from the available options.
- Confirm your selection by clicking the reschedule button.

Then select the new Date and Time in the drop-downs:
Select the time slot and hit the reschedule button.

Important Notes:
- Rescheduling Limit: You can reschedule your reservation up to three times during the holiday season.
- Rescheduling Window: Reservations can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to your reserved time without any fees.
Rescheduling Error: If the timeslot you have selected does not allow you to complete the reschedule, this is due to a system issue that another guests could have already selected that time slot and have not completed the booking process, if this occurs, please select another date/time that may be available
