Print-Only Package: If you purchased a print-only package, digital access is not included. You can purchase your digital album online at MyHolidayMoments.com if it was not added at the time of your visit.

My Photo Reservation Gift: My Photo Free Gift does not grant access to the full digital album. Instead, it is an online tool that allows you to upload your photos and apply them to a variety of holiday backgrounds.

Pending Purchase Reconciliation: If your purchase included a digital album, it may take 48-72 hours for our system to process and remove the watermark. This delay is due to increased internet traffic during peak holiday periods.
