Album Processing Time
- Please allow 24-48 hours after your visit for your album to fully upload to our system. Try accessing your photos again after this timeframe.

Incorrect Photo Code Entry
- For best results, use the photo code located on your printed photos when entering your code at myholidaymoments.com. Ensure there are no typos or missing characters. Your photo code is an 8 digital alpha numeric code

Entering Photo Codes from a Previous Holiday Seasons
- Access to digital albums is limited to the current holiday season:
- Christmas visits – Albums expire on January 31st

Easter visits – Albums expire on May 31st
- After these dates, all digital images are archived and no longer accessible. To keep your cherished memories, download and save your images to your personal device before the expiration date. If you are requesting access to holiday photos from a previous season, those images are no longer available.
- Photo sessions earlier then 2023 visits are no longer accessible in the system as they have been archived and cannot be recovered

Digital Download Purchase from MyHolidayMoments.com
- If you purchased a digital download from myholidaymoments.com and received an email confirmation with the code [CHPhotocode] - or your order ID), please follow these steps:
- Ensure you log in using the photo code on your printed photos
- After successfully accessing your album, a download confirmation email will be sent, including your photo code for reference (please check your Spam/Junk folder)
- If you purchased a digital download from myholidaymoments.com and received an email confirmation with the code [CHPhotocode] - or your order ID), please follow these steps:
