Once a reservation is booked, cancellations and refunds are not available. However, you have the option to reschedule your reservation to a different date and time during the holiday season.
How to Reschedule Your Reservation:

Access Your Reservation:
- Locate the confirmation email or SMS text message you received after booking.
- Click on the "Manage Reservation" link provided in the message.
- If you created an account during the booking process, you can also log in to the reservation portal to manage your reservation.

Reschedule Your Reservation:
- Once in the reservation portal, select the option to reschedule.
- Choose your preferred new date and time from the available options.
- Confirm your selection to finalize the rescheduling process.

Rescheduling Limit: You can reschedule your reservation up to 72 hours prior to your reserved time without any fees.

Assistance: If you encounter issues while attempting to reschedule, please submit a support ticket through the support link. Provide your reservation confirmation number, the mall name associated with your reservation, the phone number used during booking, and your preferred new date and time range. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
