This issue could be caused by a couple of issues:
1: The reservation time slot you selected was completed by another guest prior to your checking out, where as that time slot has now reached the reserved capacity.
or
- Not completing all the required fields in the payment section and checking off on the Privacy Policy field.
- Please make sure when entering the payment information it includes all fields listed:
- Credit Card #
- Expiration Date
- CVV
- Zip Code (Canadian locations - please be sure to enter the postal code in the correct format)
- If payment information was pre-populated. Please manually re-enter your payment details into the fields again.
- If you are using the Google Pay feature - you have to click on the Google Pay button to continue the checkout process
